7AM: A dynamic, circuit-style class to awaken the body through strength, mobility, and movement. Expect to move, sweat, and feel energized, while staying connected to your breath.
8AM: A gentle yet rhythmic somatic-inspired class blending mobility, breath, yoga-based movement, strength, flow, and stillness, designed to release tension, restore balance, build internal capacity, and leave you feeling grounded, open, and deeply connected.
The cost is $25 for a drop in class with the option of a 1 hour sauna session for an additional $25.

Unwind after the day with a one-hour somatic stretch and release.
3PM A targeted class to release built-up tension from sitting and screen time. Focus on hips, shoulders, and fascia to open, decompress, and create space in the body.
5 PM A deeply calming, restorative experience with slow movement, breath, and guided relaxation. Expect to downshift your nervous system and ease into stillness.
