Want a spa day but don’t have a whole crew to come with you? No problem. Social Sundays is a women‑only (inclusive of trans women and non‑binary people) thermal‑cycling gathering designed for solo spa‑goers to meet kindred spirits. Across four unhurried hours, move through heat → cold → rest at your own pace, participate in our sauna ceremonies, and connect softly with others who value nervous‑system ease and genuine community. Capacity is limited to 10 women to keep it intimate and calm. Robe and spa sandals are provided, along with light snacks, coffee, and tea. You bring your swimsuit, a water bottle, and an open heart. Come solo; leave softer... and maybe with your new soul friends.

How the thermal cycle works (suggested cadence)

• 10–15 min heat (sauna or thermal room)

• 1–3 min cold (cold plunge or cold shower)

• 5–10 min rest (hydration + breath)
